Privacy Policy
Statement Bureau keeps the paperwork local.

Statement Bureau is designed to help you export your own Wallet financial transactions to CSV files for use with personal finance tools.
Data the App Accesses
With your permission, Statement Bureau uses FinanceKit to access eligible financial data from Apple Wallet on your device. This may include:
- Wallet account names, account identifiers, institution names, account type, and currency.
- Transaction dates, posted dates, transaction descriptions, merchant names, merchant category codes, transaction type, transaction status, amounts, and credit/debit indicators.
Statement Bureau only accesses this data after you grant financial data permission in iOS.
How the Data Is Used
Statement Bureau uses Wallet financial data only to:
- Display available Wallet accounts so you can choose which accounts to export.
- Load transactions for the date range you select.
- Generate CSV files in the export format you choose.
- Optionally create a recurring CSV export in your iCloud Drive when you enable automatic export.
The app does not use Wallet financial data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, underwriting, marketing, or sale to third parties.
Data Collection and Sharing
Statement Bureau does not collect your financial data on a developer-operated server.
Statement Bureau does not sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties.
Statement Bureau does not include advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or analytics SDKs.
Generated CSV files are saved only where you choose. If you export to iCloud Drive, the file is stored in your own iCloud account under:

Your use of iCloud is governed by Apple's iCloud terms and privacy practices.
Data Stored by the App
Statement Bureau may store the following preferences locally on your device:
- Whether automatic export is enabled.
- The selected automatic export lookback window.
- The Wallet account identifiers you selected for export.
- The last automatic export date.
These preferences are used only to operate the export settings you enable.
Data Retention
Statement Bureau retains generated CSV files until you delete them from Files or iCloud Drive.
Local app preferences remain on your device until you delete the app or change the settings.
Your Controls
You can revoke Statement Bureau's access to Wallet financial data at any time in iOS Settings.
You can delete exported CSV files at any time from Files or iCloud Drive.
You can disable automatic export at any time in the app.
Security
Statement Bureau processes Wallet financial data on device and writes exports using iOS file system and iCloud Drive APIs. You should treat exported CSV files as sensitive financial records and only import them into services you trust.
